Ms. Miller is chair of the firm’s Corporate Integrity practice. For more than a decade, she also served as the chair of Nixon Peabody’s Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice. Ms. Miller has a well-earned reputation for making things happen, both in and outside of the firm.

Ms. Miller specializes in internal investigations and the white collar defense of civil and criminal allegations against corporations, corporate executives, and high-profile individual defendants. She has extensive experience in all facets of criminal litigation, including investigations, grand jury practice, motions practice, and trials.

This annual National Law Journal recognition honors women who set the legal agenda in the nation’s capital and includes lawyers from private firms, government, and advocacy and trade groups.
