Paralegals

Paralegals are a vital part of the Nixon Peabody team. Their in-depth knowledge and support enable the firm to offer clients legal services of the highest caliber. We therefore strive to recruit individuals with strong educational and professional experience and provide them with exceptional career development opportunities. The program's structure accommodates individuals of various experience and skill levels with positions ranging from entry-level to advanced.

Nixon Peabody has designed its program to ensure that all paralegals will be personally and professionally challenged throughout their careers. The firm also provides them with regular performance feedback and comprehensive annual evaluations—essential tools for those eager to develop their professional skills and broaden their experience.

Through mentoring and training support, the firm helps paralegals advance their knowledge and skills while pursuing career paths in their desired disciplines. Our Paralegal Council also provides support by meeting regularly and working to enhance the professional experience of paralegals throughout the firm.

Paralegals at Nixon Peabody enjoy an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical and dental plans, 401(k) plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, paid vacation, dependent care assistance, and tuition reimbursement.

To be considered for paralegal position, a Bachelor’s degree is required and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal training program is preferred.
