ExperienceAmy Pugliano concentrates her practice on a wide range of corporate and business law matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Her practice also includes the representation of emerging growth companies, and hedge funds. Amy Pugliano's practice is focused on the representation of private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and commercial lending transactions. She also counsels clients on various corporate issues including licensing arrangements, employee and consultant matters, intellectual property issues, implications of Sarbanes-Oxley on private and not-for-profit entities and general corporate governance matters. Amy is a member of the firm's pro bono committee and counsels non-profit organizations with respect to formation, fundraising and tax exemption.
